    Position Purpose and Summary
    The Email Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in Trinity Western University by implementing and enhancing inbound digital marketing strategies to boost sales and attract new customers through digital channels.

    Trinity Western University is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join their team and contribute to the growth of the institution through effective digital marketing campaigns.
    Key Areas of Accountability
    Digital Campaign Coordination
    • Coordinate, optimize, and report on inbound digital marketing campaigns (Email, Text, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Landing Pages, Content Marketing).
    • Create engaging studios that drive customer conversions with tailored messages.
    • Develop and maintain automated communication workflows.
    • Manage the digital communications calendar with relevant updates.
    • Ensure brand messages are clear across all campaign materials.
    • Maintain brand consistency in line with University standards.
    • Continuously improve inbound marketing campaigns for better outcomes.
    • Provide copywriting for digital campaigns across various channels as required.
    Funnel & Conversion Optimization
    • Manage the creation, optimization, and reporting of funnel workflows, including design, content planning, and scheduling.
    • Establish metrics to measure performance against goals.
    • Conduct testing and experiments to boost conversion rates.
    • Analyze user behavior to enhance conversions.
    Project Coordination & Administration
    • Ensure timely and successful project execution through critical paths.
    • Coordinate digital projects for a seamless workflow.
    • Track time and projects using project management software.
    The Person
    Skills and Abilities
    • Experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
    • Optimization of landing pages and user funnels.
    • Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments.
    • Proficient in copywriting and editing for marketing.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
    • Ability to innovate and follow processes effectively.
    • Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.

    Standards & Requirements
    Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or English.
    Experience: 2–3 years in digital marketing or copywriting for digital platforms.
