In this role, healthcare professionals will provide custodianship of the patient experience through virtual health care support. In this administrative setting you will use Satori's newly launched healthcare software so, embracing technology and not being shy with technology solutions is a must.
Responsibilities
- Administration of the Health Plan process
- Comprehensive review of Netcare in support ofhealth care plan preparation for Practitioners
- Detailed review of patient history, sharinginformation and resources with Practitioners to support the patient journey
- Provide patients with supportive and informative health care education
- Continuously communicate with Practitioners to optimize patient support
- Utilize the Katana platform for detailed and comprehensive information flow
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse with 2+ years of clinic practice
- Experience in critical care, virtual healthcare consultation and patient education is an asset
- You value being responsive and others can rely on you for this
- Strong capability with word, excel and typing
- Experience with Netcare and EMR systems
- Comprehensive understanding of clinic practice and medical terminology
- Ability to communicate verbal and written health care information
- High attention to detail with low data entry error rate
- Experience with calling patients and having conversations regarding healthcare and medical information
- Exceptionally thorough with top notch follow through
- Professional with a friendly and supportive approach
- Ability to embrace and adhere to deadlines
- Seek clarity and understanding when learning new process and procedure
- Comfortable with working at a computer for the majority of the day

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week / 9am to 5pm (flexible)
