    Description

    What We're Seeking

    Vacasa is in search of a dedicated, enthusiastic employee who is deeply committed to providing exceptional customer service. By offering personalized assistance to our guests and owners, you will play a key role in managing our rapidly expanding collection of vacation homes.

    Compensation

    • $ CAD / hour

    Responsibilities

    • Be the primary point of contact for guests, vendors, and occasionally owners at a local management office
    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls as well as respond to emails and chats from guests regarding reservations, statements, or queries
    • Aid in creating and assigning maintenance and housekeeping tasks where necessary
    • Confirm unit availability to facilitate scheduling visits from vendors or realtors
    • Adhere to Vacasa standards and metrics including guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and reservation conversion
    • Cultivate and sustain professional relationships and effective communication with internal support teams

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Proficiency in using various computer hardware such as laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
    • Ability to communicate effectively through email, phone, video calls, and texts
    • Excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
    • Strong time management skills with flexibility to handle interruptions and task changes
    • Dependable and responsive with keen attention to detail
    • Prior experience in housekeeping is advantageous
    • Compliance with all company policies and procedures

    Work Environment and Physical Requirements

    • Flexible availability including Sundays to Saturdays, early mornings, and evenings as required
    • Occasional involvement in housekeeping or inspection tasks
    • Physically capable of standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, reaching overhead, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds
    • Manual dexterity to handle objects and perform various physical movements
    • Ability to meet the physical demands necessary to fulfill job duties successfully
