Location:
Flexible, working remotely from Ottawa, ON; Toronto, ON or surrounding areas.


Your Challenge:

  • Be a trusted advisor to hiring teams for all things recruitment within your assigned portfolio
  • Leverage various recruitment tools to showcase market data that supports and drives recruitment strategy
  • Using data and market intel, influence the decisionmaking process with your hiring teams
  • Coach and train hiring managers on effective interview and selection techniques, equipping them with the skills necessary to move through the recruitment cycle confidently and seamlessly.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Team to support a strong talent brand that will attract top talent to Curtiss-Wright and fuel our pipeline for future growth.

Your Expertise:

  • Experience working in a highvolume fullcycle recruitment environment, identifying talent from hourly manufacturing to professional level roles.
  • Strong professional relationship skills.
  • Actionoriented with a very strong sense of urgency.
  • Competent sourcing skills.
  • Ability to grasp various recruitment requirements, quickly.
  • Comfortable operating within an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Selfdirected and able to work remotely as required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually.

Education / Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience of highvolume recruiting covering a wide span of industries and levels within an organization.
  • Exposure to legal and legislative requirements related to recruitment and staffing.
  • College Diploma, University Degree, or equivalent work experience.
