Laserglow Technologies is a successful and growing optoelectronics company headquartered in Toronto.

We are light enthusiasts that provide innovative Virtually Projected walkways, safety signs, truck docking lasers, crane and forklift lights using the latest laser and LED technologies.

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative that will be responsible for conducting sales by meeting existing and potential clients face-to-face or over the phone.

You are providing them with excellent customers service, sourcing new clients and meeting your sales quota.

Responsibilities

Identify and establish contact with potential customers
Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
Creating Quotations and processing PO's
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
Generate and submit sales reports to management
Ensuring all communication with new and existing customers is logged into a CRM system

Desired Qualifications:

Completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
13 years of experience in sales, customer facing environment
Experience working with industrial sales
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Client management skills
Multitasking skills
Excellent selling and negotiating skills
Presentation skills
Ability to interpret and analyze sales data
Knowledge of basic computer programs and Microsoft
CRM and ERP knowledge
Drivers License

Compensation:
