Role Description

Tech Forward Human Resources Manager
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some remote work. We are seeking a tech-forward thinking individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

As a business partner to managers and employees, you will provide HR guidance and support, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive culture by leading initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five years of experience in Human Resources, with at least two years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and familiarity with applicable laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with managers, employees, and external partners
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and experience in promoting a positive and inclusive culture
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

A Solid Grasp Of Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools like Salesforce, Apache Spark, and TensorFlow, enabling insightful decision-making.
