Purpose
We are looking for a motivated team member who is eager to learn and grow with the company. This team member should be self-motivated with the ability to respond and solve multiple demands concurrently. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality inside the units.

We offer a decentralized work environment which requires both on-site and off-site management.


Responsibilities

  • Performing equipment installations, diagnosing and making repairs
  • Maintain facilities to the highest standard; quality is everything
  • Provide estimates of cost for fixing damaged appliances.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances
  • Respond to and solve/repair issues inside of units efficiently such as electrical, gas, laundry, stoves, microwaves, fridge, garburator, dishwashers and other home appliances.
  • Manage upkeep of units; strong knowledge of assigned location
  • Correspond with Property Managers in a timely manner
  • Assist Design team with property setup

Requirements:


  • Problemsolving skills
  • Proven experience in household repairs/tasks including appliances, plumbing, mechanical skills, tools and more
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
  • A valid drivers license
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve in a changing environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Having own tools is a plus

$22.00-$28.00 per hour
