Customer Logistics Representative (CLR) .
3 months . It will be located in
Markham, Ontario and follow a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Actively listens and problem solves to find effortless resolutions to customer issues.
- Provides resolution to customers' inquiries, returns and feedback using the appropriate systems and other related material.
- Adheres to Johnson & Johnson Deliver's Customer Promise and 12 Standards of Excellence.
- Serve as an essential link between customers and various internal departments such as Sales, Customer Financial Services, Customer Relations, and Distribution.
- Adheres to Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures and supports department objectives.
- Share team responsibilities and support team functions.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Required:
- A minimum of 2 years in a customer facing role or related experience
- Must be fluent in English; Fluency in French is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Possess a high sense of accountability and ownership
- Excellent command of English language
- Strong time management skills
Preferred:
- Analytical skills
- Experience in the Health Care industry
- Experience with SAP & Salesforce
Technical proficiency:
- Experience with ERP systems and SAP preferred
- Experience and exposure to different areas of supply chain an asset

Physical/Auditory & Visual Demands:
- Significant time spent in front of a computer screen and on the phone; headset to be worn when on the phone queue.
