Johnson & Johnson Med Tech Services Inc a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is recruiting for a
Customer Logistics Representative (CLR) .

This is a fixed-term position that will last for
3 months . It will be located in
Markham, Ontario and follow a hybrid work schedule.

Position Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Actively listens and problem solves to find effortless resolutions to customer issues.
  • Provides resolution to customers' inquiries, returns and feedback using the appropriate systems and other related material.
  • Adheres to Johnson & Johnson Deliver's Customer Promise and 12 Standards of Excellence.
  • Serve as an essential link between customers and various internal departments such as Sales, Customer Financial Services, Customer Relations, and Distribution.
  • Adheres to Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures and supports department objectives.
  • Share team responsibilities and support team functions.

Qualifications:


Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

Required:


  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer facing role or related experience
  • Must be fluent in English; Fluency in French is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • Possess a high sense of accountability and ownership
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Strong time management skills

Preferred:


  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in the Health Care industry
  • Experience with SAP & Salesforce

Technical proficiency:


  • Experience with ERP systems and SAP preferred
  • Experience and exposure to different areas of supply chain an asset
  • Post
- secondary education or equivalent professional experience


Physical/Auditory & Visual Demands:


  • Significant time spent in front of a computer screen and on the phone; headset to be worn when on the phone queue.
