Johnson & Johnson Med Tech Services Inc a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is recruiting for a
Customer Logistics Representative (CLR) .

This is a fixed-term position that will last for
3 months . It will be located in
Markham, Ontario and follow a hybrid work schedule.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

Actively listens and problem solves to find effortless resolutions to customer issues.
Provides resolution to customers' inquiries, returns and feedback using the appropriate systems and other related material.
Adheres to Johnson & Johnson Deliver's Customer Promise and 12 Standards of Excellence.
Serve as an essential link between customers and various internal departments such as Sales, Customer Financial Services, Customer Relations, and Distribution.
Adheres to Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures and supports department objectives.
Share team responsibilities and support team functions.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

Required:

A minimum of 2 years in a customer facing role or related experience
Must be fluent in English; Fluency in French is strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
Possess a high sense of accountability and ownership
Excellent command of English language
Strong time management skills

Preferred:

Analytical skills
Experience in the Health Care industry
Experience with SAP & Salesforce

Technical proficiency:

Experience with ERP systems and SAP preferred
Experience and exposure to different areas of supply chain an asset
Post

- secondary education or equivalent professional experience

Physical/Auditory & Visual Demands:

Significant time spent in front of a computer screen and on the phone; headset to be worn when on the phone queue.
