  • How your role will add to the story:
  • We are looking for a National Accounts Product Specialist. You will support the growth of the MBC Customer. You will report directly to the National Account Manager, and will have the opportunity to work with the National Accounts Intern as well as all vendor partners, including Daimler and local suppliers.

A day in the life- Work with all National Accounts Vendors, Accounting and IT to create a robust approach for NAC invoicing.


  • Perform the daytoday management of the invoicing process.
  • Address urgent invoicing issues with vendors as required.
  • Lead monthly calls with each vendor to review account statements and ensure an action plan is agreed on to address any invoicing issues in a timely manner
  • Handle all dealer inquiries related to National Accounts billing/invoicing (CSBD inbox and workbench) and NAC inbox.
  • Support National Account Manager with management of key accounts of Tires, Oil, and Batteries.
  • Take lead role on small to medium NAC Vendors such as DEFA, Wurth, Recochem, Kemkrest, etc.
  • Administer supplier forecasts ensuring understanding and commitment from suppliers to secure products as required.
  • Work with National Marketing to ensure brand integrity and quality of corporate identity guidelines.
  • Work with the NAC Manager on the development and management of locally sourced hard parts and National Account partners.
  • Create Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders for the department
  • Create inbound deliveries and goods receipts for local vendors.

Qualifikationen:


  • Mercedes-Benz Star skills, requirements & traits:
  • College or University diploma in technical, business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in After Sales Business at an OE, Dealer or Retailer.
  • Knowledge of the OE After Sales Business and Aftermarket
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
  • Honest and professional, a strong team player
  • Big picture thinker, gogetter, selfstarter
