Role
The search for leadership talent is our priority.


As an Executive Search Consultant, you will work closely with clients and specialize in providing talent acquisition and mobility services for executive and senior official positions in all ministries.

In collaboration with colleagues, you will contribute to developing and implementing strategies for leadership development, succession, and attraction and retention, ensuring that executive talent acquisition strategies are aligned with and promote a government-wide approach.

Additionally, you will provide consultation and support to ministries and agencies, boards, and commissions for the recruitment of board members.

We will support you with a professional work environment built on teamwork.

In return, we are interested in your systems thinking and solution-focus, track record of providing excellent service and results, relationship management and problem solving.

Sound judgment and strong consultation, project management and communication skills, as well as success in guiding groups to consensus are essential for this role.

Knowledge of talent sourcing, attraction, recruitment strategies and trends in the labour market, and thorough understanding of the public sector environment are considerable assets.

Qualifications
A related degree supplemented by a minimum of 5 years progressively related senior professional experience.

A background that includes experience briefing and providing advice and recommendations to senior leaders, executives and/or individuals in high-level positions is highly desirable.

Equivalencies will be considered.


Salary
$3,043.79 to $4,023.18 bi-weekly ($79, $ annually)
