    Job Description

    As the Personal Stylist reporting to the Assistant Manager of Appointment Experience, your role is to craft outstanding appointment-based shopping experiences for clients to build genuine relationships. Acting as trusted advisors, Personal Stylists enhance customer experience, contribute to team culture, and encourage exploration of the SSENSE product range and space.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales performance - 30%
    • Achieve sales targets and KPIs for in-store activations by providing an excellent customer experience aligned with the SSENSE Montreal brand strategy.
    • Identify opportunities to expand your customer base satisfaction through clienteling.
    • Act as a positive brand ambassador and enhance styling quality through product knowledge and seamless execution.
    • Customer experience - 40%
    • Create unique styling experiences through exceptional customer interactions.
    • Nurture client relationships through database management and engagement before, during, and after client visits.
    • Assist in resolving client issues and provide effective communication and follow-up on client requests.
    • Operations - 20%
    • Ensure accurate and efficient point of sale experiences using SSENSE systems and technology.
    • Support brand launches, capsule collections, and in-store activities.
    • Assist in maintaining physical security, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
    • Lead team activities - 10%
    • Contribute to building client-centric teams and fostering collaboration between different roles.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Stylist
    • Proven track record in establishing trusting relationships and retaining clientele
    • Preferably a degree in Fashion, Business, Management, or related field
    • Experience with POS systems
    • Excellent knowledge of SSENSE labels and garment information
    • Ability to lift heavy boxes (15kg)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and technology savvy
    • Flexible schedule based on business needs
