Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for storefront, curtain wall, and window wall projects.
Develop detailed shop drawings based on project specifications and architectural drawings.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and other documents.
Maintain organized records of estimates, drawings, and project documentation.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines.
Provide technical support and solutions to the project team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in estimating and drafting for storefront, curtain wall, and window wall systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating and drafting for storefront, curtain wall, and window wall projects.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
