About the Opportunity:

Our Project Managers oversee commercial office interior project from kickoff to delivery, coordinating all aspect of the project from design through construction to completion.
Our Project Managers are the key point of contact for client interactions and are responsible for delivering projects ontime and onbudget with an amazing stakeholder experience.
You will be working closely with our Interior Designers, Project Coordinators and Construction Managers to help clients design & build awesome workplaces.

About the Deliverables:

Deliver projects ontime and onbudget with an amazing stakeholder experience
Oversee all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects across an entire project lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout).
Build and maintain client relationships; act as the primary design interface with clients, team members, and a wide range of consultants and collaborators.
Assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Coordinate all project vendors (internal and external) across the entire project including designers, architects, engineers and construction teams.

About You:

7+ years of experience managing commercial interior projects.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of design or architecture.
Experience working in a clientfacing role, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage expectations, both internally and externally.
Leadership abilities to take charge of a project and gain the trust and confidence of the client, landlord and teammates.
Ability to build business relationships leading to business opportunities.
Experience leading design teams through all phases of the design process.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple complicated ongoing projects.
Knowledge of various commercial furniture brands preferred.
Construction project management experience an asset.
