Role:_

- _Quote Coordinator

Shift:_ Monday to Friday, (11:45AM to 8:00 PM )

Duties and Responsibilities:_

Review and interpret customer specifications and blueprint drawings.
Respond to incoming customer inquiries and needs in an efficient and effective manner.
Surpass customer's expectations in relation to quote turn around and quality quote submission.
Prepare and send quotations using various software tools.
Maintain customer profile and customer database.
Support Customer Service and Preengineering as needed.
Liaise with Production Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing and Engineering.
Perform other duties and assignments as required.
Maintain a safe, neat and orderly workplace.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:_
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency MS Suites and Outlook combined with a technical aptitude.
Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a fastpaced environment
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the extent necessary to perform the job

Education and Experience:_

Ability and experience with reading blueprints, schematics and customer specs
College/university or equivalent experience in a technical field.
Detailed knowledge and/or previous experience in Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing an asset.
