Vickar Autobody & Glass has an immediate opening for an Office Admin Assistant or experienced
Collision Repair Advisor who will help ensure the smooth operation of a busy Body Shop with the front-end customer service team.

Training provided.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Keep accurate files and records of customer information and services provided.
• Schedule/reschedule customer appointments.
• Handle all customer interactions with patience and integrity, providing general business information, service options and repair updates, or directing them to other staff as needed.
• Accurately process department documentation (work orders, MPI claims, customer info, etc).
• Ensure the Body Shop administration area is neat, clean, and free of open confidential customer information.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned
  .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid MB driver's license
• MPI or CDK system closeout experience a strong asset
• Body Shop or Service Department experience an asset
• Superior customer service, communications, interpersonal skills
• Organizational, multitasking and time management abilities for periods of high workload
• Reliable team player with strong work ethic, integrity and reliability
