- time Patient Advisor reporting to Maples Surgical facility.

Maples Surgical facility 1291 Jefferson Ave, Unit 7, Winnipeg, MB R2P 1S7

As a Patient Advisor & Facility Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

As the first point of contact, your exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills will shine. If you are organized, accurate, and portray a welcoming and professional demeanor, we want you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Build rapport by providing accurate information in a timely manner
Coordinate appointments between patients and clinicians
Accurately update patient records in HubSpot and Juvonno
Provide backup support to other Patient Advisors and Facility Coordinators

What You Bring:

Minimum University graduate in business, health sciences, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of medical administrative experience preferred
Experience working with robust CRMs and/or Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills
Proficient in advanced MS Office software and customer servicerelated technical platforms
