    What is the role?

    This role manages key projects. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.This role will work directly with key business stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Coordination with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

    What will you do?

  • Creation of project plans and oversight of their execution.
  • Document and communicate the results of project progress. Identification of key issues affecting project's scope or deliverables and drive to an acceptable resolution with impacts of resolution clearly defined.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to effectively communicate findings and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

    • What will you need to succeed?

    Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in any Information Technologies (IT) discipline.
  • Minimum: 4 years experience with work flow collaboration tools such as: Jira, BaseCamp, Asana, Smart Sheets, Freshdesk, etc. or others that have the same functionality.
  • Experience in developing and tracking budgets, process improvement, and planning.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience as project manager within a retail and/or pet supply similar SKU-intensive industry.
  • Preferred: 4 Years of the above, plus 4 or more years of direct experience as project manager within a retail and/or pet supply similar SKU-intensive industry.
  • Retail Experience

    • Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in standard end-user computing tools such as: Google Applications, Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with vendors and internal resources.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent
