What you will do with us
We are currently looking for an
Inventory Coordinator for our branch in
Montreal, QC.


Under the supervision of the warehouse manager, the person will be responsible for contributing significantly to the control and monitoring of inventories.

To ensure the precision and accuracy of inventory movements, results and information. Participate in improving productivity through effective inventory management. The individual will work with the team to improve order accuracy by following up on errors with employees.


How you will thrive with us

  • Ensure optimization of inventory control procedures
  • Ensure system data integrity by performing inventory checklist tasks
  • Investigate and assess inventory discrepancies and make necessary corrections
  • Followup on order preparation errors and search for solutions
  • Improve productivity by analyzing product positioning
  • Participate in the review of the controls in place and suggest improvements

Who are you

  • College diploma (DEC) or administrative techniques operations management
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position on inventory and quality control
  • Operational knowledge on effective inventory management and productivity impacts
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
  • Professional attitude and customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail and a job well done
  • Excellent skills for teamwork; ability to perform in an environment where deadlines are tight and activities are happening at a fast pace
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excel advanced level
  • Experience in inventory control (an asset)
