Wing City by St. Louis, a brand new Quick Service Restaurant, to bring guests amazing ice cream experiences beside devilishly good food. We are looking for YOU to join our team as a

Do you have customer service experience? Are you passionate about ice cream and love working in a fun and unique environment with amazing people? Do you believe in the value of exceptional customer service? Then this is the position for you.

Cone Artists are inspired to deliver creative and amazing ice cream experiences, assembling cones to order. We are now looking to hire dynamic, outgoing, and friendly team members. You must be fun, energetic and have passion for ice cream and wowing our guests. Minimum 1 year's experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assembling cones to order.
  • Following recipe specifications.
  • Ensuring consistent quality of all "treat" items (& yeah... that means getting up close and personal with our mouthwatering soft serve quality never tasted so good).
  • Following all food handling rules and regulations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU:

  • Ability to carry out amazing service.
  • Ability to establish a fantastic connection with each guest.
  • Ability to correctly entering guest orders into the POS system.
  • Understanding and being able to communicate all aspects of the menu.
  • Ability to complete all duties listed on the cleaning checklist.
  • Ability to work as a team member to fellow coworkers.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized service area.
  • Ability to develop a courteous approach to resolving any complaints.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
