Working with the Manager, the HR Administrator is involved in many of the HR functions within the organization. This includes the HRIS (Dayforce) system, Benefits administration, and full cycle recruitment.

The primary purpose of the position is to manage HR information, HR processes and assist employees/supervisors and managers with HR related tasks.

Lead HR related projects as assigned. Manage confidential matters.

  • Detailoriented with good planning and organizational skills.
Qualifications Required

  • Two-Year Diploma or certificate
  • CHRP or 2 years relevant HR experience
  • Working experience with the HRIS system
  • Dayforce Ceridian is an asset.
  • Experience in full cycle recruitment and selection is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Onboarding

  • Develop and post positions within Dayforce and on additional media.
  • Scheduling and participating in interviews and assist with selection decisions.
  • Ensure that the process adheres to Rifco policy and procedures.
  • Guide hiring managers through the process.
  • Complete company Orientation and onboarding process for each new employee.
HRIS Management - Dayforce

  • Position management.
  • Employee information management
  • Password reset.
HR Administration

  • Benefit Administration
  • Adding, changing, removing employees from insurer.
  • Manage alarm codes, password reset and Equifax access.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Input and maintain employee files in Global Search.
  • Variety of administrative tasks related to the facility.
  • Assist Manager with projects as they arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Provide back up and support to Reception when necessary.
