Parts Helper to join our team Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining the parts inventory and coordinating parts deliveries to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

Receive and maintain inventory.
Lifting Tires.
Communicate with customers regarding order status.
Work with counter staff to ensure seamless customer service for the customer.
Helping in shipping/receiving and picking/stocking auto parts, when not driving.
Providing excellent customer service to all customers by delivering efficient and friendly service.
Maintaining order integrity by verifying parts being delivered are accurately captured on the invoice.
Other duties as required.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Valid Driver's license and safe driving record.
Fundamental computer skills an asset.
Functional literacy and capability of recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts.
Passion for automotive parts aftermarket industry.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must wear safety footwear at all times.
