Work Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Work Location:
Kia on Hunt Club - 350 West Hunt Club Road
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Your main responsibilities as the HR administrator will be to maintain and update employee records, as well as manage various HR documents and databases
- HR administrator will handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork, and starter processes.
- A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring that departments conform to these is key.
- Assisting with any other HR administrative tasks as and when they arise will be necessary i.e. OHS
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in HR, business management, or a related field.
- Previous HR administrative experience is essential.
- Being organized and able to prioritize is vital, as is having good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business.
- Good understanding of labour law, accounting principles, and human rights
- Computer literate.
