We are looking for a highly motivated Supervisor, Portfolio Property Administrator (Multi-Residential) to join our residential team located at EY Tower, Toronto.

In this role, you will be responsible for lease administration, accounts receivable and overall support the Manager Portfolio Administration and Property Management team.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

Lease Administration:

Lease set-up, determination of billing rates, area adjustments, legal administration, final Lease file review, support collections, analyze AR balances, provide support and explanation to Tenants, administer lease assignments.

Ensure all legal documents are entered into JDE in timely manner, review reports for accuracy.

Maintain legal tracker and liaison with paralegal team and provide all necessary documentation, respond to inquiries/audit requests, oversee documentation of departmental processes.

Establish and administer process and policy improvements to ensure smooth and efficient administration and management for the Residential Group, including staying abreast of changes in Provincial housing legislation.


Staff Development:
ensure progress/training plans are in place and reviewed on a regular basis. Provide feedback to assist in the development of administrative and site staff skills on a continuous basis. Motivate and develop office administrative staff, manage performance.


Financial Reporting:
assist with prep/analysis for monthly accruals, budgets/forecasts, prep work for budget files. Determine and maintain internal process audit review.
Other administration duties as required.


To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years in real estate administration with experience in lease administration, accounting, credit collections and residential act.
  • Education: completion of a university degree or college diploma
  • Have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Thrive in a fast paced, high volume work environment that constantly evolves and adapts.
  • Embrace collaborative sharing of knowledge within a teamwork environment
  • Driven to achieving results and continuously striving to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking.
  • Proven effective leadership skills. Ability to train, motivate and support direct reports.
