Position Summary


As our Videographer, you will be responsible for the production of videography, photography and other digital assets for the Company.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate for inspiring others through photos and videos, a passion for digital content creation and understands the needs of our audiences.

This position reports to the Creative team.


Responsibilities

Videography

  • Lead the videography direction for seasonal editorials and campaigns. From concept to final execution.
  • Weekly on set shooting and owning of postproduction process.
  • Lead the creation of assets for our largescale digital screens. Coordinate video assets with the store merchandising teams and external digital agencies to ensure ontime uploads.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to ensure typography follows brand guidelines.
  • Propel the brand forward by creating inspiring and engaging videos that educate our audience.
  • Stay informed of current and changing trends in fashion & social media; incorporate emerging trends in delivering images and video for social media platforms.
  • Invent and explore ways to leverage the newest social media features to deliver on our objectives.
  • Participate in the development of social media content planning for every channel with strategies to increase brand awareness, audience and customer engagement. Instagram Reels, Shop Shops, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Leads on the creative direction prior to each shoot.
  • Work with external collaborators on a casebycase basis. Responsible for providing brand training and the concept brief to all cocreators.
  • Build brand loyalty, retain the existing audience base, and acquire new ones.

Photography

  • Collaborate with the Creative team and E-Commerce team to deliver consistent, high quality and on brand product imagery that drives the business forward.
  • Coordinate the creation of content in partnership with the Creative, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams.
  • Select and present imagery for review with Creative Directors for approval including but not limited to the Company website, social media uploads, seasonal campaigns and enewsletters for all lines of business;
  • Execute processes efficiently ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met in a timely manner while adhering to budgets;
  • Plan and collaborate with the Creative Leads to create on brand content across all platforms.
  • Assist the Product Catalogue creative direction process;
  • Manage the testing of seasonal direction for Product Catalogue;
  • Update, maintain and track inhouse photo equipment;
  • Perform other projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of photography experience
  • Knowledge of digital cameras, lighting, and photo composition
  • Experience with product shooting and working with models
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Premier and Lightroom is an asset
  • Experience working in the fashion retail industry an asset
  • Ability to travel, work with flexible hours due to nature of the business
  • Ability to work with a crossfunctional team and collaborate
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fastpaced environment
