We are currently looking for an
Accounting & Admin Assistant to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. Your positive attitude, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills will be essential to your success in this position.


What you will be working on:

  • General reception: greeting customers, vendors and employees visiting the office
  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries
  • Preparing monitoring agreements and communicating with customers to ensure agreements are returned in a timely manner
  • Reviewing, keeping track of CCDC contracts and following up with customers on the status
  • Prepares and processes invoices related to service and monitoring
  • Posting, reconciling and paying vendor bills
  • Assisting the Finance Manager as needed with monthend, yearend activities
  • Maintaining company files and databases
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming/outgoing packages or deliveries
  • Providing administrative support to all team members
  • Scanning various documentation and other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of Accounting and Administrative experience
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be selfmotivated with exceptional time management
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Strong computer skills, specifically Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment

Additional, 'nice to have' Qualifications:

  • Experience in QuickBooks
  • Experience with Payroll Processing

$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
