Sunrise Team Member
At Sunrise, our Concierge plays a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality as they serve as the first point of contact for all visitors to the Sunrise community. The Concierge will welcome potential residents, families, and guests, handle both incoming and outgoing calls, and convey messages efficiently. Additionally, the Concierge will provide valuable community information to interested parties in support of marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Hiring for On Call Position
Responsibilities:

Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments, music, and cleanliness are maintained
Perform general administrative tasks
Welcome and enhance the hospitality within the Sunrise community

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is a must
Demonstrated experience in a customer service role with strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, coupled with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn new applications
