Fulltime Temporary Appendix D Contract

Support Staff Temporary Full-time Appendix D Contract Replacement Position (December May 17, 2024)

(First consideration for Support Staff and Academic positions will be given to internal applicants in accordance with the respective Collective Agreements.)

The Support Services Officer supports Continuing Education activities by providing a variety of complex time sensitive administrative support for OntarioLearn, Ed2Go and School-specific continuing education courses and workshops, online and at multiple campuses.

You will provide high quality, confidential customer service to internal and external stakeholders including faculty, students, service providers, employers, professional associations, and Program Advisory Committees (PACs) in-person, by telephone, and on-line.

You will also participate in outreach and marketing including social media activities to promote programs, workshops and certifications.
