Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HRIS Implementation Lead with strong HRIS Implementation expertise and change management skills to spearhead the successful deployment of our new HRIS platform.
Reporting into the Vice President of People & Culture, the HRIS Implementation Lead, will drive the implementation process, manage change initiatives, and ensure seamless adoption of the new system across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend implementation of the new HRIS platform, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, and solution deployment.
- Collaborate closely with HR and crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, design system configurations, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption, mitigate resistance, and maximize the benefits of the HRIS platform.
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and timelines.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and communications to educate employees and managers on system functionalities and process changes.
- Define and monitor project KPIs, milestones, and success criteria to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in human resource functional leadership
- Proven experience (10 years) leading HRIS implementations with a focus on change management and business process optimization.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and tools to drive organizational change and adoption.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in leading training sessions, workshops, and user support for HRIS implementations.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance related to HR systems is a plus.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) or equivalent, preferred.
- Experience working in a North American environment, required.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies, preferred.
