_ Your new role will be_
As our newest
Warehouse Supervisor, you will enjoy managing the daily operations of our main warehouse in Saint-Laurent.

Being a natural team leader, you will be responsible over the warehouse team while providing exceptional customer service to our clients in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner.

You will report to the Logistics Officer and work closely with various departments at Atlas Copco.

The main activities you'll take care of _**- Manage and schedule incoming freight shipments

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries regarding shipping errors via NetHelp Desk
  • Instruct warehouse clerks in shipping priorities and help resolve shipping and receiving transaction issues
  • Communicate actively with customer service team to coordinate shipping release of equipment orders
  • Work closely with Engineering Team to organize and ensure on time delivery of projects to customers and packagers
  • Process returns of spare parts and equipment, communicate with sales team to resolve any commercial issues
  • Implement quality control checks during picking/packing/receiving process to identify and improve delivery performance
  • Implement and participate in cycle counts of part parts and equipment
  • Participate in annual inventory count of spare parts and equipment
  • Work closely with Health and Safety department to ensure proper implementation of SHEQ standards

What will help you succeed in your new role_**- Your previous experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse (or similar environment)

  • Your experience and comfort using computer systems (SAP would be a strong asset)
  • Your experience operating a forklift (a strong asset)
  • Your customer service skills (written and spoken French and English)
  • Your interest to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Your ability to lead and direct a team while maintaining a positive, healthy and safe work environment
