Job Type:
Bike Service Technician
As a Service Shop Technician, you will become a crucial part of our team. You will provide advice and problem solve equipment maintenance and repair needs for our customer's bicycles. You are not only a skilled bicycle mechanic but a passionate about getting outside and riding.

From road, to mountain, to bike park, you love to share your passion for riding a bike with those around you.

Your Responsibilities

Assemble new bicycles from box, for sale to customers
Repair and service all types of bicycles, including E-Bikes
Provide exceptional customer service in person and on the phone
Deliver a finished product that you are proud of and best represents the company and its mission

What You Offer

You are a passionate, active and outgoing person
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Previous Service Shop experience is an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust
Positive work attitude
Strong attention to detail
