- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in security.
- Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to20 kilograms.
- Lead a team of security personnel, ensuring effective patrolling and site security.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinating with other teamleads to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
- Manage and oversee shift scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for day and night shifts.
