Your Day-to-Day:


  • Develop and implement Retention strategies to maximize customer retention rates
  • Manage the lease/finance/cash purchase renewal process from start to finish
  • Contact customers whose contracts are coming to an end to discuss renewal options and benefits
  • Educate customers on the benefits of leasing and the latest vehicle technology
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upgrade options for customers
  • Ensure all Retention activities are compliant with dealership policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track Retention metrics
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with the latest trends and technology in the automotive industry

What you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive sales or lease retention management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of lease agreements, finance, and insurance products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
