    Description

    Brandt is currently hiring an Office Administrator in the Brampton area. In this role, you'll handle general office tasks, operate the switchboard, and take care of typing and filing. Having experience with a multi-line switchboard, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and solid organizational abilities will definitely come in handy.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • The job involves using specialized knowledge in administrative procedures and operations.
    • A two-year Diploma or University Degree, or relevant work experience, is preferred
    • Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of office administration experience
    • Having a basic grasp of mechanical/technical terminology is a plus
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs is a must
    • We're looking for a team player with good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
    • You should be adaptable and well-organized, especially in a fast-paced office environment
    • Punctuality, exceptional customer service, and strong prioritization skills are crucial
    • Excellent business English skills for various tasks like creating correspondence, presentations, and reports are required
