Job Duties

Load, run and unload dish machine
Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
Bag and haul trash in the dish area to the designated area
Ensures the kitchen is kept clean and sanitized throughout shift and monitor product supply, replenish when needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Cold kitchen production washes, peels, slices, dices, and juliennes all vegetables and fruits required for food stations and catering services
Prepares all ingredients for and assembling of sandwiches, salads, etc.
Greets customers and provides friendly and courteous service, while preparing order as per request, at various food stations
Ensures the kitchen is kept clean and sanitized throughout shift and monitor product supply, replenish when needed
Performs other duties as assigned
