What you'll do


The Supply Chain Projects division was created to manage significant/critical initiatives that can improve the capacity and throughput of Canadian Tire's supply chain, while supporting our growth and enhancing our customer's shopping experience.

The Bilingual Business Analyst Student will work on analysis, process improvement and ad-hoc projects to support our Quebec Distribution Centre with French Translation.


  • Contributes to major change initiatives including: identifying issues, analyzing impacts of organizational change and planning change or transition activities
  • Analyze business requirements and contributes to the planning, design and implementation of business process engineering
  • Work with Project Manager/Lead to create and update project management deliverables
  • Translate key communication and process documentation in French and obtain approval from stakeholders.
  • Work with stakeholder to provide support in design, build, test and implement capabilities
  • Provide input and recommendations to management relating to new and/or improved business processes within approved scope of work
  • Planning, development and delivery of change management for new processes including design, communication, education and training in English / French.
  • Works with end users of processes to provide post implementation support

What you bring

  • Undertaking a post secondary degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French
  • Advance working knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel and MS-PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated interest and/or experience in project management and continuous improvement
  • Assets: Experienced in French communication and Supply Chain Knowledge
  • Assets: Detail knowledge of Robotics in distribution environment.
