Are you looking to use your talents creatively in a lounge bar ? Do you love meeting people and take providing service personally? You might be perfect for our Bartender position In this role, you would be interacting with our evening guests and ensuring that their needs are met while in our restaurant.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a love for going the extra mile for guests.

In this role, you will report to the Restaurant manager.

Requirements/Job Description:

High School diploma/GED preferred
Must be of legal drinking age
Knowledge of restaurant & bartending practices preferred
Smart Serve certification (or equivalent Alcohol Training Awareness Program (ATAP) in your location*)
Mixology Certification considered a definite asset

Responsibilities

Upselling drinks to maximize profits
Mixing great quality drinks
Educating customers on our menu concept
Maintain bar area, ensuring it is stocked and cleaned.
Able to know and promote bar items, all food menu items and any ongoing promotions
Provide opening & closing inventory of spirits
