A Social Media Content Creator is responsible for crafting engaging content for various social media platforms to promote the LWR brand, our products, and servicesHours of work:
32 Hours per week.
Overview:
As a Social Media Content Creator, you'll be tasked with creating engaging content for our Resort's brands to bolster brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive growth across diverse social media platforms.
Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you'll maintain brand voice and messaging consistency.Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) tailored to specific social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Platform Optimization: Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and algorithms of social media platforms to maximize reach and visibility.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, design, and product) to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.

Content Promotion:Assisting in utilizing paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and other promotional tactics to amplify content reach and drive meaningful outcomes.**:
Content Optimization: Continuously optimize content based on performance metrics, feedback, and industry best practices to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- In the last year of college/university or a graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media management, content creator or similar role.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent visual storytelling abilities, including graphic design
(Canva) and video editing skills. - Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying updated on social media trends and best practices.
Additional Skills (preferred):
- Experience with photography and photo editing software.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Understanding of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is an asset.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Working Conditions
- Works the majority of the time indoors and some outdoors
- Must be able to walk and stand for an average of
46 hours per shift - Work flexible hours and days including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
