Reporting directly to the Vice President of Analytics & Insights, the Campaign Insights Manager will own delivering data accuracy and compelling actionable insights for all our campaign deliverables to our clients (from customized Campaign reviews for our VIP clients, to weekly campaign check-reports for all our advertisers as well as any special projects from start to finish).

We are seeing a leader with strong digital marketing expertise and a deep understanding of programmatic KPIs will help our Customer Success/Sales teams identify key growth opportunities across different brands, agencies and industries.

What You Will Do:


  • Oversee daytoday team operations (daily team huddles, escalations, operations meetings, etc.) in terms of delivering both automated and indepth digital marketing reports and insights
  • Develop a digital advertising insights framework that leads to actionable, valueadd recommendations, and measurable business value
  • Collaborate with peers and the data engineer team to drive increased automation of digital reporting and insights
  • Support/Lead initiatives and efforts to increase both Sales and Client Success Manager's understanding of Campaign performance for future client/business opportunities
  • Proactively monitor leading industry reporting practices/tools to continuously innovate and improve reporting output
  • Drive improvements of digital advertising measurement best practices through multitouch attribution, media mix modelling, and A/B lift tests
  • Provide people leadership; oversee people plans and strategies to attract, motivate and retain a highly diverse, qualified and engaged team to fulfill current and future business needs
  • Enhance digital analytics capability by developing a "bestinclass" analytics team, via a program focused on training and development of both technical and communications skills
  • Work with external and/or internal partners to develop and integrate advanced techniques for performance measurement and attribution.
  • Collaborate with clients on marketing challenges and provide factbased analytical advice activities that aligns to strategy & drives business profitability
  • Provide casestudies/performance highlights to Marketing & Sales to drive demand for Acuity's services

Team Management

  • Strengthsbased coaching mentality, with clear focus on building a team culture of engagement, psychological safety, performancedriven and fun
  • Prioritizes, assigns and manages the intake and delivery of all reporting requests completed by a team of reporting analysts
  • Train new Reporting Analyst staff on process and procedures, plus developing and maintain onboarding database/tutorials for internal systems, processes, and procedures
  • Accountable for all client escalations for all team reporting deliverables
  • Engage Product Team, AdOps, and other internal departments to collaborate on illumin functionalities/feedback

What You Will Need:


  • Advanced skills in: VBA/Excel Macros, PowerPoint, Tableau, JIRA, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience compiling data from Campaign Manger 360, Facebook Ads Manager, Brightroll, Appnexus, Amazon DSP, Snapchat, Extreme Reach, Moat, Reddit, Pinterest, Nielson and any other 3rd Party Platforms is required
  • Knowledge of data structures and Systems
  • Ability to navigate multiple data sources and combine results in cohesive manner
  • Knowledge of Programmatic Advertising best practices specific to DSP technology
  • Previous experience as a Reporting Analyst for Demand-Side Platform is an asset
  • 510 yrs proven track record in Marketing/Advertising analytics (programmatic preferred), min 2 yrs in people management role
  • Reporting or analytics experience with at least 2 media platforms (e

g:
Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, Search Ads 360, etc.).

  • Deep knowledge of performance media and analytics (can turn data into a story). Experience with both Google and Adobe Analytics, and with tag management platforms (e

GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.), and one or more testing platforms (e

Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.).

  • An understanding of how traditional advertising and how it is planned and executed.
