Please note that this role requires work from our Downtown Toronto office (70 University Ave) from Monday to Friday during the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

What You Will Do:


  • The office is your home away from home and you operate with a sense of ownership by bringing a "what needs to get done?" mindset to the table each day
  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a welcoming and professional manner
  • Order office supplies and coordinate delivery of daily breakfast orders to office
  • Shipping and receiving management; handling incoming and outgoing couriers
  • While we have a dedicated cleaning attendant, you will be expected to maintain general tidiness in office supply room, reception area, meeting rooms, and other common areas
  • Occasional support with planning and coordinating office events

What You Will Bring To The Role:

  • A College Diploma or University Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A kind, welcoming demeanour
  • Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing organization is an asset
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Outstanding skills in organizing, prioritizing, scheduling, planning and coordinating
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
