NATURE AND SCOPE
Under the supervision of the Director, Student Recruitment and External Affairs, the Student
Recruitment Associate supports activities and processes that aim to recruit prospective
students for the College's pre-university programs.***
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides administrative support to ensure the smooth running of studentrecruitment
- Assists in preparing promotional and informational material for prospective students and
schools, online events, and carrying out campus tours
Liaises with student ambassadors, faculty and staff for all activities related to student
recruitment
Maintains accurate contact lists of prospective students
Interacts with prospective students and their parents via various tools including social
media platforms.

Strong organizational and administrative skills with the capacity for multitasking
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to interact
professionally with a variety of stakeholders within and outside the College
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Service-oriented attitude
Availability to work some evenings and weekends (upon schedule arrangement) is required
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma of college studies (DEC) in an appropriate specialty, or a diploma or an attestation
of studies recognized as equivalent
Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in education, sales, or
marketing environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Proficient in various social media platforms and online tools
Knowledge of the Quebec secondary and post-secondary education sector an asset
Fluently bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
