ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assess guest needs and guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area, including stocking coffee area.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
  • Maintenance of accurate and uptodate log books/spreadsheets
  • Manage the customer traffic control system.
  • This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Passion for growth and learning
  • 23 years of administrative experience
  • Must be able to work Full Time from Tuesday
  • Saturday
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset
  • Must have key computer skills and/or experience with Google Drive is an asset
  • Teamoriented individual with a positive attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excels in a highpaced environment and can meet deadlines accordingly
  • Willingness to be trained in licensing administration

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
