- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on improving clients' daily living and occupational skills.
- Educate clients and their families on therapy goals and progress, promoting active participation.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, clinical counsellors, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and advancements in occupational therapy.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Experience working with Older Adults, seating, and ICBC are assets
