The Role of HR & Employment Relations Advisor

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities

To support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner to provide efficient, solutionbased advice, predominantly through call
To receive a variety of calls from clients with HR issues or queries, which can include absence management, disciplinaries, workplace violence and harassment, terminations, etc.
To provide clients with supporting information and direct them to relevant documents in the BrightBase document library to support the advice/ solutions provided
To actively own cases to resolution, building rapport and working relationships with clients on each interaction
To be actively involved with ongoing training, ensuring that personal knowledge of HR and employment legislation is kept up to date
To achieve clear and measured KPIs and to work within set SLAs in order to provide first call resolution
To log all advice accurately onto Salesforce and other systems
To follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable
To undertake welcome calls with new clients to discuss our services and provide details on how the advice service operates
To actively seek and encourage client feedback by various methods and to promote and improve Bright's online reputation.

What you Bring to the Team

CHRP/CPHR designation
Ability to work under pressure in a fastmoving, performancedriven environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritising your workload accordingly
Previous experience of working in a KPI/target driven environment would be highly desirable, ideally in a shared service centre
The ability to motivate yourself and those around you
An organised selfstarter with an enthusiasm for exceptional service delivery
