- Participate in platform upgrades/patching and maintain/update Platform Support documentation
- Provide User Support Services and Consulting Services
- Optimize processes and lead process improvement
- Be available for off-hours and extended shifts if necessary
- Proactively handle incidents-issues until resolution
- Build effective relationships with internal and external resources and technology vendors
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in IT Role/Operations
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Willingness to work both onsite and from home as needed
- Shift Schedule (Rotating): Flexibility to work based on business needs
- Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves: Knowledge of various tools and systems, experience in a large organization
- Experience or familiarity with tools like Informatica, MicroStrategy, Business Objects & Crystal Reports, JIRA & Confluence, SharePoint Online, Hanzo, Alfresco
- Nice to Have Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, good organizational and problem-solving abilities
