    Description

    L3Harris Technologies is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an Electronics and Mechanical Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of complex electromechanical devices, troubleshooting issues down to the component level, and meeting customer delivery deadlines.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Ensure a fully assembled system
    • Integration, software tuning, and testing of electromechanical devices
    • Troubleshoot, rework, and repair down to the component level
    • Meet company deadlines for customer delivery
    • Liaise with other departments
    • Ensure accurate documentation
    • Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's)
    • Evaluate systems and create repair plans
    • Collaborate with teams to enhance operations

    Required Capabilities:

    • Strong Electronics and Mechanical background
    • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and reading technical drawings
    • Experience with various test equipment
    • Professional customer relations skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Desired Education and Experiences:

    • 1-4 years of experience in Electronics and Mechanical field
    • Community College diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Technology or equivalent
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing beneficial
    • Previous exposure to ISO9000, AS9100 environment
