Bayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for a
Lincoln Concierge
Representative **to join our team in Barrie.


The
Concierge is the main point of contact for Lincoln customers by assisting them with vehicle inquiries and providing customer care.


The
Lincoln Concierge is also a key enabler for service writeup, scheduling service, scheduling pickup and delivery dates and building relationships with clients.

Job Duties:


  • Act as the point of contact for Lincoln customers' entire lifecycle.
  • Oversee the Lincoln Loyalty Program.
  • Ensure customers enjoy an excellent Lincoln Client Experience.
  • Complete delivery of Lincoln vehicles to customers, including scheduling delivery dates.
  • Take the customer through their new vehicle, explaining features, capabilities, etc.
  • Coordinate service appointments, write up vehicles for service, provide service updates.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Service Departments to provide Lincoln customers with exceptional customer service.
  • Complete predelivery inspections of Lincoln vehicles.
  • Build positive, lasting relationships with new and existing Lincoln customers.
  • Other duties as required.

What We Look For:


  • A great attitude
  • Valid G driver's license and clean driving record.
  • OMVIC license is an asset.
  • Previous customer service experience is required.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred
:


  • Previous automotive experience is an asset.
  • Must be comfortable using technology.
  • Resultsoriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word is required.
  • A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
