Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with customers and dealers to discuss leaseend options such as extensions, buyouts, financing, scheduling and reviewing preinspection results, lease return process and directing customers to the responsible dealership personnel.
Positively impact customer retention within Mercedes-Benz by facilitating loyalty bridge extension requirements and other Remarketing programs to support new sales.
Drive customer loyalty while supporting our financial services through a strong customer focus and promoting a culture of Customer Experience Excellence.
Effectively manage assigned queues on timely basis, use communication and analytical skills to provide mutually beneficial problem resolution.
May provide occasional support to our lease end billing team for the collection of lease end charges.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with focus in Business Administration or Finance is preferred.

years of overall business experience is required; proficiency in Customer Service and remarketing is preferred.
years of experience working in the Captive Auto Finance industry is preferred.

Areas of Knowledge:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French is required.
General familiarity of business.
Strong PC, problem solving and analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail and demonstrate a capacity to adapt to change quickly.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
