Principle Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Read and understand specification requirements for the project.
  • Verify approved procedures are being used.
  • Communicate the requirements of the ITP's (Inspection & Test Plans), code requirements and client specifications.
  • Monitor ongoing coating activities to ensure performance to specifications and coating procedures.
  • Work Closely with the team to ensure the final coating is as per code and client requirements
  • Complete quality processes as required by project.

Knowledge and Training Required

  • NACE CIP Level 2 required
  • Preferably 35 years structural/bridge experience.
  • Customercentric
  • Self motivated and capable of operating in a team environment
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to recognize and resolve conflict
  • Knowledge of applicable codes and standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
