We are seeking a Full Time Practice Manager to manage our dental practices. Located in West Edmonton.

In this fast pace role, you will:

Provide administrative support and leadership to a group of progressive dental practices, acting as an ambassador to our patients through treatment coordination and excellent patient support;
Provide leadership to the administration team by using a coach approach to unleash the potential of our team members.
Act as a partner to our associate dentists to ensure they have what they need to always put patients first

If you have:

A knack for thinking outside the box and multitasking
2 5 years experience in a dental practice, insurance, management, or a combination of education and experience
Leadership experience and a proven ability to collaborate and problem solve
A positive and proactive approach
Experience in planning, submitting and managing benefits and insurance claims and experience in accounts receivable/payable

Remuneration is negotiable and dependent on experience.
