OVERVIEW:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

8+ years PM experience managing IT projects, within a defined scope, timeline, and budget; collaborating with 3rd party vendors; and working closely with IT operation teams.
Experience delivering projects using CRM, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365, M365 platform, PowerBI, MS Azure Cloud.
Experience in health sector (ie primary care, processes change, healthcare projects) would be considered an asset.
Experience with commercial, offtheshelf (COTS) systems, custom development, business architecture/operations, would be an asset.
Experience managing full project life cycle (discovery, initiation, planning, implementation, etc) and creating documentation (scope statements, plans, work breakdown structure (WBS), sprint plans, schedules, charters, presentations, and status reports).
Experience in risk management and change management.
Education:
PMP certification is required.
ITIL, ACP, CSM certification would be a strong asset.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
Must be authorized to work in Canada and reside in Canada for the duration of the project.
